I want my money put back in my account I
I didn't like it at all. You had to pay to get an answer from the chat expert.
I didn't order the VirtualShield like they claimed I did. I was just looking at it and touching it.And the next thing I knew, they had taken $131outof my checking account. I ask you, why would a 76year old woman ,who lives on a fixed income of less than a 1000$ a month want with that.
All I want is my money put back in my account so I will have a little money left till I get my next check!!! Thank you Audrey Seratt
I am a very pissed off and mad woman who wants her money put back in her account by the end of today! I did not order this.
I was just looking at it. I must have touched it wrong or something, but the next thing I know I'm charged with 131 dollars out of my account.

Stole my money false advertising ullshit
You advertised a plan I didn't even need, turns out, and it was for $1.99, but then you took $75.00 from my account. I tried to cancel it immediately, but there's zero people who are answering your customer service calls, and it just directs you to go online and chat that way.
I want my money back onto my card immediately. I would give zero stars if possible.

Unauthorized charge to my account
I had never heard of virtual shield until I saw a charge on my bank account for $106 that I had not authorized. I don't know what they are or what they do, but I didn't order it, and I want a refund of the money they withdrew.

Charges on bank statement, want to know what it is for
Did chat with them, gave all my alternate IDs, even a copy of the bank charge. She could not find me and stated the charge would be from VirtualShield. It was not; it said VR*FRON*zyshield.

I don't wanna talk *** about the company. I had no ideal they were going to take that much money out of my SSI account over a VPN! I'm on a fixed income and it sent my bank into the negative.
I just want my money back. The VPN only protects you from corporations who have all the information anyway.
They can take out your company while you gladly give them payments every month. It's called 'P-Reject' or red-flagging in coding.
